Description Pre-assembled torsion spring with 2 plugs (2P) for 1" shaft. After coiling, the springs are annealed in an oven, then treated in an advanced shot-blasting installation, thermally heat-treated and powdercoated as a corrosion protection on the outside and provided with a wax film on the inside. The material specifications contribute to the extension of the service of the lifespan and increase the load capacity.
